Welcome to Westray Junior High’s website.

Our school is at the centre of a vibrant island community. In the primary department, we have a lively nursery catering for ten 3 and 4 year olds, a very busy infant room for twenty P1 – P3 pupils, and a hardworking P4 – P7 class with 15 pupils. In the secondary department, we cater for eleven pupils in S1 – S4, with a wide and varied curriculum. Most of our teachers are island residents with specialists flying in daily. Papay pupils join us after P7 and travel daily by boat.
